AAAA4ACE December 7, 2009 at 4:10 am: I’ve two ruptured disks, bulged disks, etc, it looked like I could make good use of this item. I went to my chiropractor and he told me NO, that this would only hurt my back even more, so if I were you I would consult with a physician first, but my personal opinion is don’t buy it.

A. Murrell December 7, 2009 at 4:39 am: the price of this product was great, however there are no directions of use from gradual to increasing or how long one should stretch initially or increase. I WOULD ASK YOU CHIROPRACTOR BEFORE BUYING A PRODUCT LIKE THIS.
